SHD UI issue

After deploying the skyline appliance, i am not able to launch UI:

Here is the version deployed :VMware-Skyline-HealthDiagnostics-Appliance-4.0.0-21928892_OVF10.ova

Tried to implement https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/87804, here is result :

Architecture: x86-64

package nginx-1.22.0-2.ph3.x86_64 is already installed

package vcf-assessment-service-5.0.0-21822292.noarch is already installed

package vmware-shd-4.0.0-21928892.x86_64 is already installed

/usr/bin/sh: /opt/vmware-shd/vmware-shd/system/shd-config: No such file or directory

chmod: cannot access '/opt/vmware-shd/vmware-shd/conf/ssl/*': No such file or directory

Finished Firstboot of VMware SHD Appliance /var/log/vmware/cap-firstboot.log

Since this is a new install, I would suggest you first try redeploying the appliance. Also make sure the ova checksum matches what is listed on customerconnect.
