PDF and Print quality - VitalSource Bookshelf

Hey all,

I'm wondering if anyone else has any student manuals that they have downloaded via the VitalSource Bookshelf where the print or PDF quality is dreadful?

There was an update a few months ago for the VitalSource Bookshelf (macOS) and when I print pages from the lecture manual (to my printer or to PDF) it's very blurry for the text.

It seems you might be a VCI, if so you should post this question within the private area of VMTN: https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-Certified-Instructor/ct-p/25000

I asked a moderator to move it, but he couldn't work out the best area for it to go within the private area.
