vSphere 6.7 Foundations study material?

I have been a VMware Admin for about 5 years now and I am finally going to get around to get certified with the VCP-DCV. However, I need to take the 6.7 Foundations exam. I haven't been able to find any study material or training videos (CBT Nuggets, Udemy, Pluralsight, etc.). Has anyone been able to find any study material for the 6.7 Foundations exam?

Thank you very much Allessandro. I have that vSphere 6 Foundations book at home that I bought on Amazon. I will check out your other links that should contain updated info for things such as configuration maximums, etc. Thanks for the quick response.
