I had exam with vmware but i see the results is not vaild for me

How to ask vmware to recheck the results?

Email certification@vmware.com with information about you and your exam.

Do you think the quality of some of the items were the cause of you not passing, or something else?

The results are automatically calculated so there is nothing for the certification team to recheck. What information are you hoping for? Your score report will identify which objectives from the exam you didn't pass. You should review those topics again. There may be one or more questions that are associated with one objective.
