I've just checked the exam guide ( https://www.vmware.com/learning/certification/spring-pro-develop-exam.html ) and it's strange that it doesn't mention it.

All of the VMware exams that I have seen which use a scaled scoring system and a pass mark of 300 have all been out of a maximum score of 500.

Minimum is 100
Maximum is 500
Passing score is 300, but that doesn’t equate to 50% or any other %

https://blogs.vmware.com/learning/2022/01/06/vmware-certification-insights-how-scaled-scoring-works/

Thank you for this precision

The past exam EDU-1202 required 76% of good answers to be passed.

Is this percentage still valid for the 2V0-72.22 exam ? Is a scaled score of 300 equivalent to 76% of good answers ?

If no percentage can be map to the scaled score of 300, how can we know the level required ? Having the average note 10/20 is nothing like having 15/20

All VMware exams have a scaled score of 300 to pass, but the % required to achieve 300 for each individual exam is not published.
