Unable to find the property enable virtual machine memory in vCenter mob while creating snapshot

I am trying to create a snapshot from a vCenter. I can select enable virtual machine's memory or quiesce guest file system. In Vcenter mob, where can I find the corresponding property to enable virtual machine memory?

VirtualMachine - CreateSnapshot_Task(createSnapshot) : Creates a new snapshot of this virtual machine.
