It works fine when I am in full screen or exclusive mode. When I focus back to host, Vmware disappears and each time I launch it again and try to focus into the guest OS, It disappears again and again. I can only use it in exclusive and full screen if at all I don't focus onto the host.</P><P>I used to fix this temporarily by deleting the pcislots in the vmx but nowadays it does not work.
