Usb to Serial converter need to reconnect in VM to work

Hello!

i need help using usb to serial convert. i have windows 10 machine on which i installed vmware to create windows 7 32bit virtual machine.

i insalled the driver of usb to serial converter and it works only when i run vnware and unplug my usb to serial converter and then reconnect.

my usb to serial converter is always connected to usb port and i want my virtual machine to detect i automatically when ever i run VM.

how can i reslove this issue.

Are you suspending the VM, or properly shutting it down and powering it back on?

some time shtting it down, and some time pc start after power off.
