Updating from 12.9 to 16

Hi,
I cannot update Windows 10 OS to latest versions because of VM Workstation 12.9.
I would like to upgrade to VM Workstation Pro 16 but I have a question regarding my old VM's.
Can I use my old VM's with VM Workstation Pro 16?

Yes, VMs are forward compatible (and can be made backward compatible too)

Thank you again, I saw the article I was wondering if there was something else to try to get over it but it seems the only way is an upgrade.
