During the OVA deployment wizard you’re asked about the time zone. But time sync should not be configured on the individual appliances. They are configured to have time sync taken from the ESX host. Your ESX host must therefore have time sync configured.

Kia Ora.

where and how do i configure ntp sources for each of the vApp items under the Horizon Workspace installation?

i've worked all the way through the installation, and only seem to be able to hit the Horizon configurator web page without a complaint about time being out. I have logged to each console and set the time zone correct. Noted also that i had set the wrong pacific time zone (but same was set for all) so flicked that to NZDT.

The Horizon configurator system information confirms all but 2 VA's ok for time, and those off by 46 seconds or some such.

cheers for any assistance.

all the VAs except the connector uses the ESXi hosts they are running on for time sync.

connector-va(s) uses the PDC emulator role for time sync when joined to the domain.
