Hello everybody,

I have a problem which I unfortunately do not understand. Therefore, I turn to you here in the forum and hope that someone has already had a similar problem.
We have several managed devices in the company. These are also accessible and you can perform queries.
With a few devices we have the problem that they are not accessible. For this I orient myself by the value: "last seen". If you start a query, nothing happens or you get no feedback. But if you start the hub on the device, the value is updated. If you want to assign a new profile or application to the device, nothing happens again.

So my question would be, is this a bug and I have to reset the device or possibly a setting that I have to adjust?

I wish everyone a nice day.
