I'm in a similar boat where we push app from managed play store and also have a product configured to ensure it's not optimized for the battery as it's a medical app. I was told this is only possible if the app is uploaded as .APK. I suppose this is the same for you?

We have rolled out an update to an Enterprise App via Product Provisioning to around 3000 devices. In the main the upgrade has gone fine, we are seeing a few devices where they are sitting in a Delivered state, the device is online and responding to Query's fine.
We have tried the following
' Force Reprocess'
' Reboot then a Force Reprocess'

But the job moves from Queued to Delivered but no further. I see the definition of ' Delivered' is that the ' Job initially delivered to device database' .

Any thoughts please?

We are pushing out an APK....like we say, 90%+ have gone fine - we have a few ' stragglers' sitting in this Delivered state......it would be nice if we could get them over the line
