ESXi not booting

I am getting this error when i try to boot my VM
jumpstart plugin late-filesystems activation failed

please assist

The message is may be non fatal, but if you're stuck on that message, it may mean you are on the console(F11), whereas the installer is displayed on F2, try Ctrl-Alt-F2 to go to the installer session.

Not recommend, treat with caution: in case the plugin is not needed in your installation, you can try skipping it by adding jumpstart.disable=late-filesystems in the boot options (SHIFT+O on boot).

This KB relates to 3.0 - 4.1 versions of ESX!
