vmplayer 17.1 errors on Centos 8 stream

I have installed VMplayer 17 and then update to VMplayer 17.1 on Centos 8 stream ,

Linux Centos 8 stream , I7 intel core, 20 gig ram, Dell Mother board. enable Virtual in bios and I have Virtual module installed on the kernel.

the Vmplayer installed of on the system ok I was able to make a Palo-Alto Vmdk object but when I try to trun it I get an error from the GUI. it seems it want to start but then it dies. I was able to enter vmplayer from the Term CLI prompt and it started the GUI interface of VMplayer ok, I select the image I want to run and the following error come up. Per some of the last post it stated to enable virtualization which I have enable. I would like to know what is the cause of this issue. Let me know what this means and how to over come it.
