Centos 8 not installing VMware player 16.

Attempting to install the latest VMplayer on a Centos 8 box. It looks like the new kernel is an issue. Is there a guide to help with installing?

Below are settings that I have that might help.

[root@localhost .vmware]# gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 8.4.1 20200928 (Red Hat 8.4.1-1)

From the error log:
