    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found a workaround for not lose any customization apply to the import VM, I have "cloned" the Azure VM. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am start from the VMware documentation for create a Import VM without use the Azure MarketPlace. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon-Cloud-Service/services/hzncloudmsazure.admin15/GUID-AC9D7100-3773-4A40-BF09-FFEFCC0F5FC5.html" title="https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon-Cloud-Service/services/hzncloudmsazure.admin15/GUID-AC9D7100-3773-4A40-BF09-FFEFCC0F5FC5.html"&gt;Manually Build the Master Virtual Machine in Microsoft Azure&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the documantation it is indicate that any Azure VM on&amp;nbsp; Resource Group &lt;STRONG&gt;vmw-hcs-&lt;EM&gt;podID&lt;/EM&gt;-base-vms&lt;/STRONG&gt; are automatically inventory like a inventory VM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This are the step for clone my Azure VM win10-1909-CAD:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Create a&amp;nbsp; OS disk snapshot of Azure VM win10-1909-cad &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Create a Managed disk from snapshot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Create a Azure VM (on Resource group vmw-hcs-podID-base-vms) started from the Managed Disk create from snapshot.       <title>Convert Import VM to Image</title>
