Install horizon Agent failed and rollback status

I have recently tried upgrading the agent to 2111 (from 7.13), and after about 3/4 of the way, the installation simply stops and rolls back. I've seen behavior like this mentioned in other posts/Google searches, but, so far different solutions I've tried have not worked.

I'm trying to reinstall agent version 7.13 but the status install is still "Rolling back action"

I'd tried to research and fix with log error but not work

After "add registry value" the status bar hangs for a bit like this:

Hi @FsoftDng,

Mostly this issue occurs due to an unclean uninstallation. Have you validated that there are no leftovers from the previous Horizon Agent, like registry entries and computer certificates?
