Thank you for your response. This won't help. We are not using windows. We have a mix between WYSE and 10ZiG clients.

I am needing to block users from having multiple sessions in different desktop pools. Currently these are the settings:

Desktop-Pool Settings-Allow Separate Desktop Sessions from Different Client Devices-NO

Global Entitlements-Policies-Allow Separate Desktop Sessions from Different Client Devices-NO

This does keep multiple sessions within that desktop pool from happening. However I have certain users who need to log into multiple pools that can not be in the same Global Entitlement. If they have not logged out of Pool A it is allowing them to have another session in Pool B. I am needing for them to only have 1 session open at a time. Any thoughts on how I can accomplish this?

Maybe this Horizon Client GPO can help. "Block multiple Horizon Client instances per Windows session"

Using Group Policy Settings to Configure Horizon Client (vmware.com)
