Ciao

It's not an inactivity timeout. the settings in question are only for safety timeouts. So even if you're using the session the timeout still takes effect.
To increase the console timeout you must also consider increasing the API timeout because that is the maximum limit.

Fabio

Hi,

Pretty simple one really.

We recently upgraded to VMWare Horizon 8.8. Ever since, the Horizon Console has been timing out after 1 hour, even when in use.

We would like to extend this so it does not time out if the console is in use. We do wish to retain an inactivity timeout.

Both Horizon Console Session Timeout and API Session Timeout are currently set to 60 minutes.

Which setting needs to be changed to get the desired result? I am finding the documentation to be a little unclear.

Thanks!
