Save files to Folder Redirection in HTML

Hi,

I've created Application RDS pool and assigned to users. My problem is when I share a folder from my PC to Horizon HTML (not Horizon Client) I couldn't save files created by Applications on it and I sometimes got this error:

there has been a network or file permission error. the network connection may be lost.

In some cases I got different error messages and rarely files save on mapped folder. But when I use Horizon client there is no problem to save files on mapped folder. I event set permission of folder on my client to Everyone with full control but nothing changed.

My Horizon Connection server version is 2212 and Drive Redirection feature is installed on RDSH server by Horizon Agent.

Is there any solution for this problem?

Today I found out this problem only exists with Office files and other applications can save files on mapped folder in Horizon HTML.

I've updated MS Office 2019 to latest build number but my problem is not resolved.
