Horizon 7.13.2 Edit Pool Stuck

we have horizon 7.13.2 environment for desktop VDI, when i try to edit the desktop pool the server does not respond and the circle is stuck as attached.

the pool is linked clones, and all servers are healthy no errors. System Health = 0 ( No errors)

any ideas.

Hello Najeeb,

Are you connecting to the Admin page using a Connection server hostname URL, I am trying to understand if its a LB URL or an AA record pointing to Connection servers?

If you have not tried to load the Admin page on one individual connection server using the hostname of itself , can you try that please?

Many Thanks for your response, i figured out the solution by re-installing the view composer with new database, now every thing works fine.
