topic DEM Refresh Icon not appearing in newly created Desktop pool in Horizon Desktops and Apps

Team, I have a working desktop pool where I can see that DEM Refresh shortcut for all users inside the VDI vm. I used the same snapshot and created a new desktop pool in a different name. But I am not seeing DEM Refresh shortcut in my newly created desktops. However, I can see the shortcuts created via DEM Console. Is there something missing here? Thanks, Ram
