Horizon 2111.1 HTML Access Failing Internally

Hello,

We are currently seeing an issue with HTML access on our 2111.1 Connection Servers & UAGs.

Using HTML access externally via web browser --> UAG --> Connection Server works fine.

However, using HTML access internally via web browser --> Connection Server always fails with the following error:

Has anyone else experiencing this while running 2111.1?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Dear reporter,

For the encountered issue on Horizon HTML Access, could more information be provided for us to follow?

- Whether any of previous Horizon version works under the same Env configurations?

- Whether any other Horizon Clients(Window/Mac Client) works under the same Env configurations?

- Could you reach support team to open a support ticket for this issue? In the ticket, both detailed issue description and server&client logs would help us to understand the issue thus able to give suggestions
