Hi

we had the same Problem.
The problem could be traced back to a DNS problem. After research, it came out that .local addresses cannot be resolved. KB from VMware has been published.
We have now used other names for the servers without .local.
The connection server was online again immediately. We had not made any changes for about 8 months and suddenly nothing worked.

You really should open an SR if you have support, this type of issue is best to have support go through the logs, as they deal with this issue alot. There are many things you need to look at and the log bundles are going to share alot of information you may not want shared online.

It is the latest photonOS behavior.

if the connection server FQDN is .local we have 2 options.

Use IP address of Connection server instead of FQDN

OR use FQDN and add details under Host Entry under Edge settings > More info
