Applications gone missing from VDI after publishing Instant Clone Desktops

I have published desktops using instant clone technology. The publish completes successfully, however when I am launching the VDI, I am not able to find some windows applications like calculator, sticky notes and some more. When I check the master image, the application are there and running perfectly fine. I have never faced this kind of issue before.

Please note : we are using FSlogix for Profile Redirection and containerization.

Could anybody help me with some fair insights so that I can troubleshoot accordingly?
