NetMetting uses the RDP protocol to allow user to connect to other users's PCs. If you are using RDP for your users to get to their VIew Desktop, then you cannot create another RDP session to do application or screen sharing.

The fix is in View 4 and the PCoIP protocol. If your users connect via PCoIP, then RDP will be available for NetMeeting to creating a hosting RDP session for others to peek in.

Hello,

Currently I cannot run netmeting (nor Office Communicator) application sharing feature inside a VDI desktop.

Is there an hack to be able to do it or any 100% compatible alternative (including directory browsing) ? In an enterprise environment, how can we circle this limitation ?
