    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with version 2.8 is it possible to use only 1 appliance for both vIDM and horizon access ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to this blog: &lt;A href="https://blogs.vmware.com/euc/2016/09/vmware-access-point-secure-horizon-7-identity-manager-airwatch.html#more-11565" title="https://blogs.vmware.com/euc/2016/09/vmware-access-point-secure-horizon-7-identity-manager-airwatch.html#more-11565"&gt;VMware Access Point: The One-Stop Shop for Secure Access to VMware Horizon 7, VMware Identity Manager, and VMware AirWat…&lt;/A&gt; it is possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #303030;"&gt;There are 2 FQDNs &lt;SPAN style="font-family: Courier New;"&gt;horizon.domain.com&lt;/SPAN&gt; and &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Courier New;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #303030;"&gt;workspace.domain.com ,&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; I guess using wildcard certificates as you can configure only one on the access point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it also possible sharing the same FQDN for both access ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes. You can use just a single DNS name for both e.g. horizon-and-ws.domain.com. Read the note though on the slight nuance of this because it will then not allow access to the Horizon HTML Access directly. A user who would enter just horizon-and-ws.domain.com would get to Identity Manager and not the HTML Access page of Connection Server. There's a valid case for both options. It is the proxyPattern setting for each that determines the forwarding rules.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
