Not safely, no. In theory you could take a backup from CS2, modify the data and import a subset of it into CS1 before re-installing CS2 from scratch but it's almost certain that you'll make a mistake as there are many, many modifications needed to the data and this process is not supported nor documented - I only offer this as a side-note and do not recommend you attempt it.

You should remove your pools from CS2 and reconstruct them on CS1, then uninstall CS2 (including the VMwareVDMDS AD LDS instance) and re-install it as a replica server.

I have 2 existing up and running standalone View Connection Servers, say CS1 & CS2. Both of them have their own pools & users desktops config

Is there a way to merge them together to become replicas so that they can start replicate data to each other?

I know that I've started out wrong, I should have installed CS1 as the standard server & then install another machine CS2 as replica server, but things have already being done!

Is there a way to merge it?
