Hi,

I'm having a strange issue with View Administrator, within the past week I have not been able to log into View Administrator via IE9, after putting in my login credentials a box pops up with "Unable to connect to view connection server. Click ok to be redirected to the login screen". I can logon fine with both Firefox and Chrome, anyone else ever experienced this? I've reinstalled IE9 and Flash player and disabled all addons/plugins. It was working perfectly fine up until last week.

Regards,

Ross

My recommend is to reset the IE settings via control panel and try again.

Thanks for the reply but that was one of the first things I tried, it's all very weird considering I can still log on fine with 2 other browsers. One of the first things I actually did was to remove and re-install IE9, yesterday night I tried rolling back to IE8 and still the same issue occurs. Not sure what else to try.

Never ever got to the bottom of this problem, I just re-created my profile on my laptop and that fixed the issue but have never found out what was the cause of the problem.
