Hello, Folks!

I'm hoping to find a little help here; I'm not very savvy with networking, and my business uses VMWare Horizons to do remote connections. I'm using a personal computer, rather than a business supplied one (I'm just a contractor for them), so I'm not getting much help from them, so I thought I'd turn here.

I can't seem to connect to their network from my desktop, though I can connect just fine from my laptop (so I know the network address is correct, my login is working, etc.). When I try to start Horizons (2209 build) on the desktop, it starts to connect, then just shuts down, no error message. I'm expecting to see a login window (that's what happens on the laptop). Windows 10 OS, 19045.2251 build (both computers), same security package (Avast). I don't know what the difference is that would make the laptop work and the desktop not. Is there some way to see if there's a service running on the desktop that's interfering with the normal connection? Any advice would be welcome to troubleshoot, and thanks in advance!

Chris
