I have upgraded from the latest tech preview. I made sure I was running the latest VMWare Tools too.

I had nothing but praise for the tech preview.

13.5 is a mess - in the space of a few hours I've had. several BSOD and keyboard input is broken. I. can type keys, which sometimes work and sometimes appear to repeat multiple times. Sometimes keyboard input is very slow.

I want to go back to the tech preview until this is fixed or I can fix this.

Any ideas ?

Try checking the shared graphics memory in the VM's Settings > Display. Make sure it's set to the recommended value of 8192 MB.

Try disabling 3D acceleration and see if that helps.

If those don't work, try uninstalling the VMware Tools (mount and run the installer again, then choose to uninstall Tools) and then re-installi them.

The same, BSOD after 10 minutes of work.

Rolled back to 13.0.2, waiting for a stable release.

What Windows build are you running in the VM? What application(s) are you using leading up to the Windows BSOD?

Does the issue persist with a new install, one that wasn't upgraded from a previous installation?

Otherwise, what's the Stop code of the BSOD?

Can you provide a dump?

This isn't something that we've seen in testing, so more data about your situation would be required to understand where the flaw is.
