Can't run Mac OS on Workstation 17 Pro after Mac OS update

I was running Mac OS 12.0 on workstation 17.0 and it was work fine,

yesterday I have upgraded mac OS from system preferences to 13.3.

After that when I launch it, it's show error screen and never work.

It is a violation of Apple's licensing to run their OS on non-Apple hardware. VMware could get into legal trouble, so we cannot discuss this here.

Also, the only way of even trying to run MacOS on Workstation is to use a crack to modify the software... so you've come to a vendor's site, admitting you have illegally modified their software, and are asking for help.

I'm in a country that can't buy any thing from internet, it's necessary to work on mac OS using vmware, I don't have another solution.
