When is VMware going to fix the flickering problem with Fusion VMs on Big Sur?

Hi,

I have am running Big Sur on a 15 inch 2017 Mac Book Pro on VMware Fusion Player (Version 12.1.0) and I have constant screen flickering when I move the mouse making my VMs unusable.

I have tried a bunch of suggested solutions on community message boards without success. They may work for a few hours but the problem comes back.

I checked to make sure VMware Fusion supported Big Sur before I updated my MacOS. How did this not come up in testing before the version 12 release?

When is a fix coming?
