I recently solved a problem with this. It is still not clear why it started working afterwards, but it worked ;).

Try to change the attributes.ini to merged or writecopy and try again !

HTH !

Bjorn

Guest: XP Pro sp2, clean virtual machine

ThinApp v4.0.2 and v4.0.3

The app builds without error, when run gives this message: Run-time error'7': File not found: G2img.dll

Building in a sandbox. The app has this and other dlls in Program Files\Agilysys\Data Magine\Data Magine Client folders.

I have copied the dlls to SystemSystem%, %Common Programs%\DataMagine\DataMagine Client folders.

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction to diagnose this issue.

thanks for any help.

I resolved this issue by changing the Path Environment variable to include c:\. I did this with a VBS script, but am now going to make sure that path is set on the VM before compiling.

Thanks to all.
