Edge Device Velocloud 5X0 local password incorrect.

I have a Velocloud Edge 5X0 and I am unable to change anything under the "review the configuration". It asks for a username and password and admin/admin doesn't work.

When I default it using the reset button after it comes back up I get a 404 error when trying to go under the "review my configuration".

Defaulted ver is 3.2.1. I can connect it back to Orchestrator and it will upgrade it to 3.4 and I can then access "review the configuration" but the default username and password still doesn't work after being deactivated.

Is there a way to change through SSH?

I assume that your environment is provided by VMware (OTT = Over the Top).

I don't think the activated Edge password is admin/admin now.
I think it was changed from some version.
The credentials for the local UI of the activated Edge can be viewed from the Orchestrator.

I think the "SSH to Edge" feature was released in version 5.0.
I have not tried SSH connection yet.
I am not sure if it works with earlier Edge software versions.
