Hello,

vCenter server Machine SSL certificate expired and when I try to replace it with both VMCA or custome certificate, I get LDAP Search failed error message.

I tried options 2 and 3 of Cert Manager and got the same error. Even tried options 6 and 8 and it won't go through.
Because of this vpxd service won't start.

When I dig down into certificate-manager.log, I see the following;

ERROR certificate-manager 'Exception' object has no attribute 'appendErrorStack'
ERROR certificate-manager LDAP Search failed.Error Message:
INFO certificate-manager Error while reverting certificate for store : MACHINE_SSL_CERT
ERROR certificate-manager Error while performing rollback operation, please try Reset operation

I have searched the errors over and over again for the past few days and tried different solutions, but no luck!

Anyone has an idea on how to solve it?
