Hello everyone.

I have Vshpere installed on a Vcenter server. I made a DNS change using the Vcenter and I couldn't start the Vshpere client anymore.

Does anyone know what is causing the error?

1- First I changed the DNS.

2- Then this appears.

3-I put "agree" and "next". And after wait a few time, i try to use the vshpere and...

somewone knows how can i fix this?

thanks for your time!

Not full information you provided.

Have you changed the DNS entry on the Domain controller?

Check with nslookup command what will be the answer. If the problem was only there you are lucky boy.

I solved the problem.

When the server was installed, the FQDN was not set, it was left blank. When I updated the network information, VAMI uses the hostname as the FQDN. I updated the hostname to blank and this solved the problem

As I told in the beginning - you are lucky boy.

Last summer I had a request to change DNS on vCenter. The consequences were much more painful
