    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I snapshot my VM it give me the following error &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="snapshot problem.PNG"&gt;&lt;img src="https://communities.vmware.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/13397i9317159DC672B1F9/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="snapshot problem.PNG" alt="snapshot problem.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have issued these command to see what is locked by which service, and I got nothing &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="lockedfiles.PNG"&gt;&lt;img src="https://communities.vmware.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/13405i18223433A5976719/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="lockedfiles.PNG" alt="lockedfiles.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have created another snapshot but used a string to name it, and it worked but in general if I tried giving it a name and it didn't work which log file I can check so I can solve my problem? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
