Is it possible to buy VMWare licenses and is fo how.

The last time I bought vCenter I just called VMWare and they sold it to me.

I have vCenter Server 6.7 Essentials and I want to upgrade it to version 8. I can't find anyway to do this. Unless you are the US government they know longer answer the phone and the website is impossible to navigate for mere humans such as myself.

Does anyone know of a reseller who answers the phone?
