      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry, let me give you my use case &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to suspend alerts if a VM settings [vCPU/Memory/IPs/DNS] got changed by one of the service user called 'XYZ'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: If VM settings got changed by any other normal/regular user we need to see/get alerts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Volga. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;As per your request it looks like those are events and tasks not alerts &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can you get those event/tasks as alerts, I am not sure, sorry &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May be some of our community members can advise you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vkmr.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
