Try consider the following when doing the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You cannot do in-place upgrade from Windows Server 2012 to 2022&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Upgrade to 2016, then to 2019 and finally to 2022&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Ensure you have enough storage and member in place&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sam&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to upgrade my VM OS form Windows Server 2012R2 to Windows Server 2022 has an error "0xC1900101 - 0x40021" The Installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then i try to install Windows Server 2019 has some problem failed to upgrade&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if have any configuration in my Host?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iam using ESXi 6.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pls Help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you have plenty of free disk space before you do your upgrade. If that doesn't work I would look into what is possibly corrupt with the OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--Alan--&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
