Cannot able to find ESXi 7.0 update 3e patch to download

Can I ask u questions to all?. I want to download ESXi 7.0 update 3e patch but in vSphere download center, there is no available to download ESXi 7.0 update 3e patch. On the other hand, there is release notes for that patch. Do you know the reason behind this?. Thanks

Hi,

Yes, the ESXi patch bundles are cumulative, which means they include all previous updates
