You need to tell or show more detail of how the VMs are configured for networking (the VM hardware and possibly the guest OSes), the virtual switch (or switches) and how the host has physical connectivity.

I have a proliant DL380 Gen10 wihich is compatible with 7.0 U3
Installed HPE ESXi 7.0U3

Hypervisor can be reached via lan amd I can manage the host.
I started with 3 virtual machines. One windows converted, one windows fresh install, and a Linux fresh install. vmwareTools are installed
No vm can reach the network. The nic is connected. I tested with E1000e and VMXNET 3.
No vm can reach teh gateway

What coul be the probable cause ?

Thanks in advanced

The host has 4 gigabyte nics connected to the switch. All 4 are , by the moment, in nic-teaming.
I can manage the ESXi via webclient and ssh with no problem. So the host has physical connectivity.

As it's recently installed I have only one standard virtual switch. It shows the two port groups (kernel ports ans vm ports)
The firs windows vm machine has one nic. (I tested with E1000e and VMXnet 3). It is connected.
At tthe windows network manager, it's shown as connected, but with no internet. Pings to the gateway are not successful.

The switch is workint at the port 6400 (638 available)

I tried with a live KDE-neon and with a converted windows machine with the same results.

I have compared with other installations running and I find no diferences. But in the new , no vm goes to the network
