      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It requires low latency and a 10 Gbps network. There's no latency requirement published because it's meant for localized workloads. FT is absolutely not designed for WAN-disparate hosts and you should not attempt to use it in such a scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
