      <title>VCentre SSO log in failure</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Gent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VC administrator log in failure. log in as SSO, it gives wrong password. actually, we never change password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unfortunately, we have not the root password, Due to the previous IT guy not write root password in record.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so reset SSO password by root user is not available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how can i do for above?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
