Hi Harry

This is reoccurring issue so like to fix LCM (VMware already open PR)

Inventory sync is working fine all the time. I even tried to remove vrops product and add it again, removed witness from vcenter inventory and registered it again. Still no joy :(.

Thanks

Hello ,

Is there any Stale entry on the witness node in the vROPS cluster?

Are you able to do inventory sync and take snapshots/power-off vROPS environment etc from VRSLCM?

By any chance did you think of trying a manual upgrade of vROPS

Regards

Harry

Hello,

If you want to upgrade vrops immediately then follow below steps or you can wait for vmware to confirm next course of action.

1. Take a snapshot of the VROPS appliance server/VM.
2. Login to VROPS Admin UI
3. Upgrade directly from the Admin UI.
4. Once upgrade is complete log in to vRSLCM and sync inventory.
