I recently updated my Machine SSL on vCenter, I have updated the certificate in vROps but I get the above error deploying or upgrading agents. I figure it's due to the new certificate, I've stopped and started the vCenter adapter and that didn't help. Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and how they got around it, thanks.

I ended up deleting the vCenter Adapter and recreating it, my guess after the certificate renewal on vCenter the cloud proxy didn't get an updated certificate pushed down to it.
