I have the same issue.

In the documentation the issue is stated as such:

Problem: The URL is for IdP initiated SSO, which Workspace ONE UEM does not support.

Resolution: Any URL that contains an attribute such as, ?SPID or ?PartnerSpId=AirWatch is most likely for an IdP initiation SAML integration. Workspace ONE UEM only supports Service Provider (i.e., the process starts with Workspace ONE UEM) initiated SSO and then Workspace ONE UEM redirects the browser to the IdP for authentication. Change the URL to a Service Provider (SP) initiated URL.

However, in our case no URL on either the SP or IDP side looks like that, so should be a non-issue according to VMWare's own documentation.

2. Extract user ids

3. Change the users enrollment OG in loop(/users/{id}/changelocationgroup)

SAML authentication has timed out; please try your request again.

Airwatch - Automatic app update not downloaded on all devices

Hello vmware community,

I have recently taken the role of updating our store mobile app updates.

When I push the update onto my devices parc, it's downloaded automatically on certain devices and not others.

I do not know what could explain this and when I try to track down how many devices are updated I encounter a report with 2 status :

Install Command Dispatched
Install Command Ready for Device

I do not know the difference between those 2 status.

I do not know either what can help me achieve the "installed" status from those.

Hi Community,

I trying to integrate SAML SSO between UEM and workspace one access. When i tried to open application(IDP Initiated Login) from one access dashboard, getting below message.

The SAML response is missing form variable RelayState, required by the SAML protocol.

I have checked network tab and i can see SAML response in request body. and when i set relaystate to some static value in that case i am getting below error.

"SAML Authentication has time out. Please try again."

Please let me know what could be issue.

the reason is because the app is classified as a system app and will not be updated on google play

That's a version, but of what actual product?

EDIT: Never mind, just using Google with that version number tells me it is Workspace ONE UEM. I've reported your thread so moderators are notified it needs moving to the correct area.

I have an Android Gadget Samsung Galaxy A42 5 G running Android 11.

I cannot install the Samsung Gallery App.App is not even showing in Google App Store.

If I try to install it from the App Catalog ,its also not working.

Error:Your installation request failed. Please update and try again.

Hello. We have 80 Devices on our account and a handful of these are using between .8 to 1.5 GB of data a month within Corporate Accounts. Is anyone else seeing this issue and what can be done about it?
