(Virtual) Video Card Upgrade to burn DIVX DVD?

I just installed Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 Suite into my Windows XP SP2 virtual machine. I have registered VMWare Fusion RC1 (build 50460) set to accelerate 3D graphics and am running it on my MacPro with 3GB memory. Anyways, Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 told me my video card was too weak and that it couldn't burn a divx DVD. While I'm not sure why my (virtual) video card needs to be newer to burn a divx DVD, I would like to know if the virtual video card driver will be more robust in the final release?

Other than that I'm very pleased with Fusion.

VMware Fusion 1.0 supports DirectX 8.1 graphics acceleration, there are no plans to increase this for GA as it is a Herculean task to virtualize a complete DirectX 9 video card.

We are seriously looking into improved 3D support as we plan future major product releases, but due to VMware policy to not discuss unannounced features and products, I cannot give you more details at this time.
