Pause VMware Converter?

Hey guys - is it possible to pause the creation of a VM image when creating one on converter? We can only start the process at say 9AM, but cannot go past 5PM because the computers are being used for a dedicated build process. Creating the VMimages will take upto 10 hours and cancelling it at hte last minute wastes efforts because it won't let us even write to the folder if it contains the same image name.

There is no pause option, will need to let it run until completion

Well that seems like a really long time to me. You should be able to just snap shot the OS partition and create the VM. You then should be able to figure a way to import the data set over. I am assuming here that you are trying to move some sort of data set.
